BARREL TASTING

Not every aspect of the winemaking experience can be captured in a tasting room alone. Wine begins its journey in the vineyard, then evolves in the winery through a series of steps – destemming, pressing, fermentation management, racking, barrel aging, blending, and more – before it ever reaches your glass. A barrel tasting brings you into that process, offering a rare opportunity to connect with the wine on a deeper level and experience its progression firsthand, far beyond what a traditional tasting room or store can offer.

This year, we’re offering two distinct sessions designed to fit your schedule while keeping each group small and intimate. Even more uniquely, each session offers a different perspective. Join Matthieu at 11AM, our visionary winemaker since 2007, and explore the philosophy behind each wine, or spend time with Connor at 2PM, the next generation, who brings that vision to life every day – adding his own perspective shaped by growing up on his family’s vineyard in South Africa.

Now the only question is – which session are you joining? Each session is $85 per person and if you’re a Wine Club member, you’ll receive $10 off each ticket as long as you’re logged into your account to purchase.
