Plan Your Visit: What to Do
While visiting our vineyard, you can:
- Have a wine tasting
- Buy a glass or bottle of wine to drink on the lawn, patio, or inside
- Shop the gift shop
- Have a picnic on the lawn or patio

When to Visit
There’s never a bad time to visit. Of course, the view of the fields and mountains in the spring, summer, and fall is gorgeous. But nothing beats a glass of wine next to a sone fireplace with snow falling on the ground.

Seasonal Highlights
You may also want to plan your visit around events at the vineyard, to:
- Enjoy a local food truck on Wednesdays, Saturdays, or Sundays
- Treat yourself with a mid-week getaway on Wednesdays until 8:30pm, April – October
- Take in an exciting, live polo match, Sunday afternoons, Memorial Day weekend to mid-October
Wine Tastings
You can visit us anytime, without reservations. Reservations are not required to visit and guests are welcome anytime during business hours to enjoy wine tasting flights or wine by the glass or bottle. All of our indoor and outdoor seating is available on a first come, first served basis. Please note that open wine sales stop 30 minutes prior to closing.
What to Bring
Many visitors enjoy the view from the lawn. You can bring:
- Blankets or folding chairs
- Your own food and non-alcoholic drinks (ABC law prohibits outside alcohol)
- Pop-up tents, only on Saturdays and Sundays around only around the polo field
- Outdoor lawn games: soccer, football, lacrosse, Frisbee, lawn golf, corn hole, bocce, etc.
Bring the Family
We love families and children of all ages. Children love playing in the wide open spaces, visiting the horses, and enjoying lawn games.
Pet Policy
Pets are permitted, as long as they stay leashed and outdoors. Only registered service animals can come indoors.
What to Wear
There is no dress code at King Family Vineyards. Come as you are!
