What spaces are available for ceremonies and receptions?

Our Carriage House event hall is the perfect setting for your reception or for hosting indoor ceremonies. For outdoor celebrations, our lawn offers plenty of space with the stunning Blue Ridge Mountains as a breathtaking backdrop.

Do you offer indoor and outdoor ceremony options?

Yes! Our wedding spaces are designed for year-round use, and ceremonies can be held either on the lawn or indoors at our venue.

Do you provide tables, chairs, or rentals?

We provide a variety of tables and cross-back chairs, all included as part of the venue fee.

How many hours are included in the rental?

Your venue rental includes twelve hours, from noon to midnight. Early or late arrivals and departures can be arranged on a case-by-case basis.

Is there a bridal suite or getting-ready space?

Our Carriage House includes a bridal suite with a vanity and comfortable seating, as well as a groom’s lounge furnished with stylish leather seating.

What is required to reserve a date?

Can we bring in outside caterers?

We offer a wide selection of approved caterers on our vendor list to suit a variety of budgets and preferences. In some cases, we may make exceptions for other caterers on a case-by-case basis.

Do you allow outside alcohol?

By ABC laws and regulations, all wine consumed on the property must be purchased directly from King Family Vineyards. For beer and spirits, a separate event ABC license is required, which is typically managed by your caterer.

Do you allow rehearsal dinners?

We do allow rehearsal dinners. Our Pavilion is an ideal location for a more intimate gathering of this kind.
