Dive into the world of wine in progress as Connor guides you through the winery, sampling a variety of wines currently in tank and barrel. Explore our production with a fresh perspective as he shares his hands-on approach and insights from his day-to-day work in the winery – much of which has been taught by his family vineyard in South Africa and our winemaker, Matthieu.
It’s an energetic, insider look at what brings each vintage to life – from the one who spends the most time with the wines.
As a secondary part of our winemaker barrel tasting offering, this session offers a different voice, a different lens, and maybe even a few stories you won’t hear from Matthieu himself.
